1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions provide general public information about use of the PTTHex website, platform, applications, and related services. Customer-specific terms may also appear in a proposal, order form, agreement, or other written arrangement.
This page is written conservatively for public review and should not be treated as a final negotiated contract for every customer deployment.
If you are evaluating PTTHex for an organization, please review these Terms together with the applicable proposal, pricing guidance, privacy information, and any written customer agreement.
2 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Service" refers to the PTTHex platform, website, applications, and related services made available to customers or visitors.
- "User" or "you" refers to an individual or organization accessing or using the Service.
- "Organization" refers to a company, team, branch, department, or other customer group using PTTHex.
- "Content" refers to information, messages, media, communication data, or operational context submitted or transmitted through the Service.
- "Plan" refers to the commercial or service arrangement described in a proposal, pricing discussion, order, or agreement.
- "Push-to-Talk" or "PTT" refers to the instant voice communication feature of the Service.
3 Account Terms
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features may require an account or organization workspace. Information provided during registration, setup, or onboarding should be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under accounts assigned to you or your organization. Notify PTTHex through the agreed support or contact process if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 Account Requirements
- You should use PTTHex only for lawful business or organizational purposes.
- You should not create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
- You should keep access information confidential and use appropriate controls inside your organization.
- You remain responsible for activity by users you authorize or manage.
3.4 Organization Accounts
If you act for an organization, you should have authority to discuss, configure, or use PTTHex for that organization. The organization is responsible for its authorized users, channels, roles, devices, and operational setup.
4 Services
4.1 Service Description
PTTHex provides push-to-talk communication and operational coordination tools for field and distributed teams. Depending on the plan and rollout, the Service may include:
- Instant push-to-talk voice communication
- Channel-based team coordination
- Location-aware workflows where enabled and configured
- Multimedia messaging (text, images, voice notes)
- Role, team, branch, department, and device setup support
- Deployment planning for teams with coverage or device constraints
- Other operational workflow features made available in the applicable plan
4.2 Service Availability
We work to provide reliable access to the Service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, customer environments, and events outside our control.
4.3 Service Modifications
PTTHex may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where changes materially affect an active customer relationship, notice and transition expectations should follow the applicable agreement.
Some deployment environments may require extra planning for coverage, devices, and network access. Certain features require an active network connection.
5 Plans, Pricing, and Commercial Terms
5.1 Plan Scope
Access to PTTHex may depend on team size, users, devices, channels, branches, departments, deployment model, onboarding, integrations, and support requirements. Public plan information is guidance only and should be confirmed through the pricing or sales process.
5.2 Trial or Evaluation Access
Evaluation, pilot, or rollout options may be discussed during the sales process and should be confirmed in writing before use.
5.3 Commercial Terms
- Final pricing, payment timing, taxes, renewals, cancellation, and support scope may be set out in a proposal, order, invoice, or customer agreement.
- PTTHex does not publish negotiated commercial terms on the public website.
- Questions about plan fit should be raised through the Pricing or Contact pages.
5.4 Billing Questions
Billing, refund, renewal, or cancellation questions should be handled through the applicable commercial document or direct conversation with PTTHex.
Do not rely on public page copy as a substitute for reviewed commercial terms. Confirm any pricing, support, or deployment expectation in writing.
6 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Use the Service for any illegal activities or to violate any laws.
- Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization.
- Use the Service for unauthorized monitoring, harassment, unlawful tracking, or unsafe operational conduct.
6.1 Content Standards
Content transmitted through the Service should comply with applicable laws, customer policies, and reasonable workplace communication standards.
6.2 Enforcement
PTTHex may respond to misuse or suspected violations in a manner appropriate to the account, customer agreement, and applicable law. Specific restriction or suspension steps may depend on the agreement and circumstances.
7 Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and branding, is owned by PTTHEX B.V. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License to Use
Subject to the applicable plan or agreement, PTTHex grants authorized users a limited right to use the Service for permitted business or organizational purposes.
7.3 Your Content
You or your organization retain responsibility for Content submitted or transmitted through the Service. PTTHex may process that Content as needed to provide, support, secure, and improve the Service according to the applicable agreement and privacy information.
7.4 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
8 Privacy & Data
8.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Data Processing
PTTHex handles personal data according to the Privacy Policy and any applicable customer or processing agreement. Privacy, retention, and data residency expectations should be reviewed before rollout.
8.3 Data Security
PTTHex uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Service. Public terms describe security at a high level and do not disclose sensitive implementation details.

8.4 Data Location
Enterprise customers may discuss deployment and data residency requirements during commercial review.
9 Termination
9.1 Termination by You
Account or service termination should follow the applicable plan, customer agreement, or written process with PTTHex.
9.2 Termination by Us
PTTHex may suspend or restrict access where appropriate, including where:
- You breach these Terms.
- Required commercial obligations are not met.
- Use poses a security, privacy, operational, or legal risk.
- Required by law or legal process.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Authorized access may end or be reduced.
- Customer data handling should follow the applicable agreement and retention expectations.
- Obligations intended to survive termination may continue where applicable.
10 Risk and Contract Review
Limitations, disclaimers, exclusions, and liability caps can vary by customer agreement and applicable law. Public terms should be reviewed with counsel before being treated as final contract language.
- PTTHex does not make public time-sensitive operations, availability, or support commitments on this page.
- Any warranty, support, liability, or service-credit language should be confirmed in a written agreement.
- The Service may depend on customer devices, networks, settings, and third-party services outside PTTHex control.
Use this page as public guidance only. Customer-specific risk allocation should be reviewed in the applicable agreement.
11 Customer Responsibilities
Responsibility for claims, losses, or third-party issues may be addressed in a customer agreement. At a public level, users and organizations are expected to use PTTHex lawfully and responsibly, including responsibility for:
- Authorized user activity.
- Content or communication shared through the Service.
- Respecting third-party rights and applicable laws.
- Following workplace, privacy, and operational policies for their organization.
12 Legal Review
Governing law, jurisdiction, dispute process, and related legal provisions may be specified in a signed customer agreement or other reviewed legal document.
If no separate written terms apply, PTTHex and the customer should review the appropriate legal framework before relying on this public page as final contract language.
If any part of these public terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining public guidance should be interpreted in a way that best preserves its general intent.
13 Changes to Terms
PTTHex may update these public Terms from time to time. Updates may be communicated by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website.
- Updating the "Last updated" date.
- Providing customer or service notice where appropriate.
For active customers, the effect of changes may depend on the applicable written agreement. Please contact PTTHex if a change affects your rollout or commercial review.
